Material Handling/Drayage is the service fee the general service contractors (Freeman, GES, etc.) charge exhibitors to bring the rental furniture from the loading dock to your booth space or event location and to remove it from your booth back to the loading dock. You understand that it is your responsibility to have a credit card on file with the General Service Contractor at least 7 days prior to delivery
